Divinity 2 original sin ending

If there is a finite amount of source, and it all has to go into fixing the veil, doesn't that mean stripping every mortal of their source? How is anyone going to survive this? Or, if mortals create little bits of source during their lives (as is suggested by the gods feeding on them), then shouldn't there be plenty of source in the world to close the veil without stealing it from every sourcer?Īnd how do they know how to fix the veil in the first place? And can't the God King just tear a new hole? Lucian and Dallis want to take all the source and fix the hole. So the Seven tear a hole in the veil made of source and use that source to create the mortal races. Problem one: the enemy plan is fundamentally flawed

I'm curious how others took the ending, so I'm going to outline my issues. But the ending of OS:2 fell apart for me. I liked the first Original Sin, and I liked the sequel as well.
